When Penny came to IRES in November of 2024 she was underweight and was struggling with some dental issues. We pulled some metabolic blood-work on her and it was determined she has cushings. During her first float it was determined that she needed to go to a specialist to have some teeth looked at in the spring. We also determined her age is close to 28-29!
Penny went to visit the specialist during the Spring of 2025 and it was decided she needed about 6 teeth extracted! Penny was able to get 3 teeth removed at her first visit, we will follow up with another appointment this fall to remove the 3 other problem teeth as well as to check on her healing process!

Penny loves to hang out with her other mini friends and make sure everyone follows the rules! She loves scratches and shredded carrot treats!
